1. What VoltRouter Is
VoltRouter is a software routing tool. It receives trading signals
via webhook and forwards them to your own brokerage account via your
own credentials. VoltRouter is not a broker, not a financial
intermediary, and does not provide investment advice. It does not
hold or manage securities, fiat currency, or financial assets on
your behalf.
2. What VoltRouter Is Not
VoltRouter is not a financial service provider, investment advisor,
or trading platform. It does not generate trading signals, recommend
positions, or make decisions about your trading activity. All
trading decisions remain entirely your own. You are solely
responsible for the strategies you connect and the trades they
generate.
3. Prepaid Balance
VoltRouter uses a prepaid balance system denominated in USD. Balance
is added by card payment and deducted at $0.07 per routed signal.
Card processing fees are deducted at the time of top-up and are
non-refundable — for example, a $10 top-up may result in a balance
of approximately $9.50 after fees. Balances are not deposits, are
not insured, and do not accrue interest. Unused balance carries over
indefinitely and has no expiry. There are no cash refunds — balance
remains in your account until used.
4. No Guarantee of Execution
VoltRouter routes signals to your broker's API on a best-effort
basis. We do not guarantee order execution, fill price, or latency.
Market conditions, broker outages, connectivity issues, and other
factors outside our control may result in signals not reaching your
broker. VoltRouter is not liable for missed trades, partial fills,
or financial losses arising from failed signal delivery.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Automated trading carries significant financial risk. You
acknowledge that: (a) you understand the risks of algorithmic
trading; (b) you have tested your strategies before connecting them
to live accounts; (c) you are solely responsible for all trading
activity on your brokerage accounts; and (d) past performance of any
strategy does not guarantee future results.
6. Beta Service
VoltRouter is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is.
Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without
notice. During the beta period, service levels are not guaranteed.
By using VoltRouter during beta, you accept that the software may
contain bugs or behave unexpectedly.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use VoltRouter to route signals on behalf of third
parties without their explicit consent. You may not use VoltRouter
to circumvent broker terms of service. You may not attempt to
reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the VoltRouter infrastructure.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without
refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoltRouter's
total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service
is limited to the amount of prepaid credits in your account at the
time of the claim. VoltRouter is not liable for indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not
limited to trading losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VoltRouter
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of
material changes.
